Returns & Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Common Questions.

What forms of payment are accepted? We accept payments through PayPal. Credit cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, and Discover.

When can I expect my order?  We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Do you ship internationally? We are happy to say that we now offer international shipping across the world! 

For international orders, it's most likely going to be shipped out with International Economy Shipping without tracking. Because the package has no international tracking available, it doesn't get scanned in each warehouse and location along the way, which makes it more prone to being lost in transit

When will I get my starter kit or meal plan? All components of the starter kits you purchase will be made instantly available via download in the checkout confirmation page.​ All sales are final.
