This 2-week PLANT-BASED meal plan comes complete with 14 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner (that's 42 recipes, folks). We also outline all of the meals for the week and include a grocery shopping list for week one and two. To make things easy, we provide tips for how to prep these meals in advance and we even allow for customization when it comes to snacks. The meal plan also comes in 4 daily calorie options: 1500, 1650, 1800 and 1950 calories.
